At AMA, we work hard and put our best efforts to provide the best services in an optimum working environment whilst upholding high ethical standards. To ensure and execute this, we have created an Effective Whistleblower.

Purpose of the Channel:

This channel is meant to be used for serious and sensitive concerns and applicable legislations and which due to the nature of the concern cannot be reported through the normal reporting lines.The aim of this channel is to detect any activity or behavior that is unlawful, or which goes against our ethical principles and regulations, or the good governance of the Company, and through which we encourage our employees, customers, business partners, stakeholders or anyone else who has contact with our services to report any incidents of such a nature. Employees have the right and responsibility to report concerns. External parties, including employees of associated companies, are also encouraged to report concerns.

Concerns that can be reported:

Any sensitive concerns including below can be reported through the channel:

  • Commission of fraud and/or corruption
  • Abuse of position
  • Commission of unlawful acts
  • Failure to meet professional standards
  • Negligence
  • Unauthorized use of Company's money, properties and/or facilities
  • Involvement in conflict of interest and/or business opportunities positions
  • Commission of acts which intimidate, harass and/or victimize anyone

The channel guarantees that your report will be treated confidentially at all times. You can provide your personal and contact details to help resolve the incident as soon as possible.

You can attach documents to your report. Please ensure that any personal information is deleted from the attached documents to protect your identity if you wish.

Handling Mechanism

We ensure that all the concerns are treated with the highest confidentiality and in a very serious and appropriate manner. Where appropriate, the Company will notify the individual who submitted a concern/incident of the outcome of his or her submission.
